BEGINNERS COURSE:
Teaching the basic principles of pilates,
terminology, breathing, the importance of correct
allignment and intensity and understanding of all
exercises.
BASIC:
Following the beginners course, exercises are at
base level with options given to modify or intensify
the exercise for individuals of all levels
BASIC +:
Combining basic exercises with the use of bands,
circles and weights to add that extra challenge.
BALL +:
Pilates exercises on the Swiss Ball teaches the
correct use of the core muscles, enhances strength
and flexibility.
INTERMEDIATE:
Level 2 & 3 exercises giving you the ultimate
challenge.

REFORMER TRAINING
Customised exercise suiting everyone from
rehabilitation patients to elite athletes. The
Reformer is a machine consisting of a padded
platform which slides, a series of pulleys, straps,
springs, bars and a box which give a great challenge
to strength, flexibility and balance. The
Reformer is suitable for all ages and fitness
levels. it has revitalised the old through
strengthening postural muscles, helping balance. The
young and fit learn healthy patterns of movement to
benefit in sport and life in general. Rehabilitation
is made easier through the controlled movement of
the Reformer.
